Bradley P. Moss, Esq. Bradley P. Moss specializes in litigation on matters relating to national security, federal employment and security clearance law, and the Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act. In connection with his work on behalf of clients in the Federal Government, media and defense contracting industry, Mr. Moss has been quoted in articles for the Washington Post and Politico.
A 2006 graduate of American University's Washington College of Law, Mr. Moss received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in 2003 with a major in International Relations and a minor in Peace Studies. During his law school tenure, he co-founded the non-partisan National Security and Law Society, Inc., an international non-profit with chapters across the U.S. and the world.
Prior to joining the practice as an Associate in January 2007, Mr. Moss clerked for the National Security Archive. He also has served as Deputy Executive Director of the James Madison Project since June 2007.
Mr. Moss is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia and the State of Illinois, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Columbia, the District of Maryland and the Northern District of Illinois.
